Baker's Welding & Crane

Was founded when Jeff Baker set out over three decades ago with a small shop and limited cranes for the Southeastern Ohio market area. However, since this time, Jeff has enhanced and intensified his welding shop space, employees, and cranes to where he has become one of the leading crane and welding shops not only in Southeastern Ohio but other areas in Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania as well.

Jeff Baker started his welding business in 1984 after working in welding shops for about five years. Currently, his business includes welding and crane work. The welding division includes projects such as structural steel for hotels and shop work, and the crane operators perform contract work for a variety of customers, including many building contractors.

Baker is quick to give the employees credit for the company’s success. “I have a bunch of great employees who work with me, not for me,” he said.
